Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your AA Dance Costumes Merchandise. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dancewear and excellent value to customer. We do not offer MONETARY REFUNDS. We will gladly accept your and offer you an Exchange or Store Credit if returned unused within 14 days of your delivery date, and in new condition accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased in the USA and be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. AA Dance Costumes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
• Final Sale items can't be return.
• Only one exchange per customer, per order allowed. Exchanges apply only to size change of the same style and color of product.
• A 35% restocking fee might apply for individuals and group orders per our discretion.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your new exchange.
• Once your item(s) is received at our store, please allow 7 – 10 business days for us to produce your new item(s). Customers will be notified via email when the order has been processed and the exchanged product has been shipped.
