Measuring Your Child/Dance Student
- Chest: Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust.
- Hips: Stand with heels together and measure the fullest part of your hips, keep tape parallel to ground. This will determine your bottom size.
- Shoulder to Navel: Stand with feet together. Measure tip of shoulder to navel on a diagonal.
- Bust: Measure across the fullest part of your bust. The measurement should be flat and not too snug.
- Girth: Measure from the midpoint on the shoulder towards the front, through the crotch and back around to meet the midpoint of the shoulder.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

Shipping time begins one business day after the order is placed. All orders are MADE-TO-ORDER, hence the number of days for shipping will be calculated at the time the items become available in our Miami Atelier.
Our current production time for individual online orders is 10 to 15 business days and for group/large orders is 15 -21 business days. Production time does not include packing and in-transit time. Production and shipping time can change without prior notification. Due to the high demand, our production time might increase along the season.
USPS is our preferred courier for all shipments, but you have the option to choose UPS. When you item(s) is preparing to ship you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment just click on the link.
International
International shipments to selected Countries ONLY.International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS
International orders are shipped out with duties and taxes unpaid.
AA Dance Costumes does not collect duties or taxes on International orders, and we cannot determine what those charges will be. Local post offices may charge additional fees upon delivery.
International Orders may be returned under the same policies of domestic orders; however, AA Dance Costumes does not cover the cost of returns/exchanges of International orders.
We hope you are happy with your AA Dance Costumes Merchandise. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dancewear and excellent value to customer. We do not offer REFUNDS. We will gladly offer an Exchange or Store Credit if returned unused within 14 days of your delivery date, and in new condition accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. AA Dance Costumes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
- Only one exchange per customer, per order allowed. Exchanges apply only to size change of the same style and color of product.
- A 10% restocking fee might apply and deducted from your return for large orders or groups.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return/Exchange
- To initiate a Return/ Exchange Process please kindly click here and follow the instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your new exchange.
- Once your item(s) is received at our store, please allow 7 – 10 business days for us to produce your new item(s). Customers will be notified via email when the order has been processed and the exchanged product has been shipped.
Our Guarantee
AA Dance Costumes LLC. fully guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, such as a suspected defect in the workmanship or in the materials used. Product defects do not cover damages from an improper use or care and natural wear and tear. ONLY products with manufacturing defects can be returned for refund.
If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
