What's my order status?
To lookup the status of your order, click here! If you have an aadancecostumes.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the Order History page. If you need further assistance, please click here to email us.
How do I cancel my order?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy return process.
Can I exchange my order?
U.S. orders can be exchanged online or in-store within 14 days of delivery. Please review the Return Policy for how to start a U.S.-based exchange from the portal, by login into your account. We currently do not support exchanges on international orders.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused merchandise in sellable condition for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving. To see full policy, including details on returns online, in store, and international orders click here.
I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?
Once your order has been placed, we send your order into production. All our products are Made-To-Order. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, you can return or exchange your item once it arrives. Please review the Return Policy for how to start a U.S.-based exchange from the portal by login into your account.
Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Please click here to notify us via email.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we do! We ship US orders to PO Boxes using USPS service.
Can I use my AA Dance Costumes e-Gift Card for in-store purchases?
AA Dance Costumes e-Gift Cards are valid for purchases online and in-stores within the U.S. Restrictions apply. E-Gift Cards are currently only accepted for in store purchases at participating international locations.

Do you provide price matching or adjustments?
Sorry, AA Dance Costumes does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.
I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?
Please refer to our size chart for general measurements. If you still need assistance, please email or call us for any additional help.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don’t ship to you.
Will I be charged for duties & taxes?
For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
What's the status of my return?
We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a returns tracking #. Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-4 business days for processing of the return.

Do you offer any discounts for Dance Studios?
As a BIG THANKS to all of our lovely supporters, we offer Studio discounts for Group orders based on quantities of the same design and color.

Do you offer any discounts for first-time buyers?
We offer $15 OFF for first-time buyers if they are referred by a repeat customer! You can also earn discounts throughout or referral program. For more information, simply log in and view the Referral Program page here.
