Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All our merchandise, including dance costumes are HANDCRAFTED, MADE TO ORDER,  and it takes 3 to 5 business days to produce. Once completed, we will notify you via email with your USPS tracking info.

Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Just click on Help Top Menu and select "Track My Order", it will show your order status and/or the progress of your shipment.
 

Q: WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDERS DO YOU OFFER?

AA Dance Costumes is partnered with US Postal Service (USPS), and the final delivery is the responsibility of your local US Postal Service. Ultimately, your shipping fees is based on your location. This guarantees your merchandise arrives when you expect it.

Yes, we do offer Saturday deliveries, and we are continually working to provide our customers with the best service possible.

 Q: CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND PICK IT UP AT YOUR MIAMI STORE?

Q: CAN I SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, AA Dance Costumes now ships to Canada, UK, and Australia.

Q: HOW CAN I PLACE AND ORDER USING MY TAX-EXEMPT STATUS?

AA Dance Costumes honors tax exempt sales once proper documents have been submitted for review. Please email the tax-exempt form to info@aadancecostumes.com with your member number and contact information in the body of message.

If you don't have a AA Dance Costumes member number, please establish an account prior to sending in the tax exempt form. You will be notified once the account is active for tax exempt status. Processing can take up to two business days.
