ORDERS & SHIPPING

It typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship. If you need further assistance, please click here to email us.

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

We hope you are happy with your AA Dance Costumes Merchandise. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dancewear and excellent value to customer. We do not offer REFUNDS. We will gladly offer an Exchange or Store Credit if returned unused within 14 days of your delivery date, and in new condition accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. AA Dance Costumes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.Sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.Only one exchange per customer, per order allowed. Exchanges apply only to size change of the same style and color of product.A 20% restocking fee might apply and deducted from your return for large orders or groups.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return/Exchange

To initiate a Return/ Exchange Process please kindly click here and follow the instructions.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your new exchange.Once your item(s) is received at our store, please allow 7 – 10 business days for us to produce your new item(s). Customers will be notified via email when the order has been processed and the exchanged product has been shipped.

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

Shipping estimates are provided by UPS, USPS and DHL. We have been advised that some customers may experience delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We are happy to return gifted items purchased online for store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached. Please reach out to customer service with the Order Number of the original purchaser if you’d like to initiate a return.

Please note that we do not currently generate return labels, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

Yes! You can now return items bought in-store using our easy, online returns form. Just go here to start a return. (Make sure you provide your email address for your receipt - you can find your order # in the email).

PRODUCT & INVENTORY

AA Dance Costumes comes out with new collections each season. If something is out of stock, and you really want it, you can contact us via email or chat and let us know, we'll do our best to accomodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, click here. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don’t ship to you.

For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a returns tracking #. Upon checking the receipt date of the package, please allow 2-4 business days for processing of the return.
