Shipping Times

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed.  All orders are MADE-TO-ORDER, hence the number of days for shipping will be calculated at the time the items become available in our Miami Atelier.

Our current production time for individual online orders is 3-5 business days and for group/large orders is 7 business days. Production time does not include packing and in-transit time.

USPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. Atelier in Miami, FL.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Order Number that you received via email in the Follow Your Order page. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order in your My Account page.

Where do you ship my order from?

Our Atelier in Miami, Florida (US) will prepare your order and ship it to you.

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

  • Check the order status: in the My Orders section for registered users; or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation email in the Follow Your Order page
  • Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct
  • In the case of a missed delivery, please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777

How Can I place and order using my Tax-Exempt Status?

AA Dance Costumes honors tax exempt sales once proper documents have been submitted for review. Please email the tax-exempt form to info@aadancecostumes.com with your member number and contact information in the body of message.

If you don't have an AA Dance Costumes member number, please establish an account prior to sending in the tax exempt form. You will be notified once the account is active for tax exempt status. Processing can take up to two business days.

Returns and Exchange

AA Dance Costumes offers exchanges for U.S. customers within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note a return shipping and restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. AA Dance Costumes reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your new exchange.

Once your item(s) is received at our store, please allow 3 – 5 business days for us to produce your new item(s). Customers will be notified via email when the order has been processed and the exchanged product has been shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
AA Dance Costumes does not offer refunds. Only exchanges.

Custom dance clothing and personalized dance costumes include made-to-order artwork and therefore cannot be return and/or exchange. Because customized dance costumes cannot be re-used, we cannot exchange these products due to incorrect fit or wrong measurements Please be very sure to place your order carefully. Any special orders with requests for alterations or adjustments cannot be returned-exchanged, including change of colors, materials, adding parts or any embellishment to the product. There are not return/exchange on products made of custom designs.

Our Guarantee

AA Dance Costumes LLC. fully guarantees all its products against any manufacturing defects, such as a suspected defect in the workmanship or in the materials used. Product defects do not cover damages from an improper use or care and natural wear and tear. ONLY products with manufacturing defects can be returned for refund.

Final Sale

All items marked “final sale” may not be returned or exchanged.

AA Dance Costumes LLC reserves the right to refuse any return-exchange not meeting any or all of the terms and conditions on this policy. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
